BEHIND THE STYLE

We’re Des & Soph — dog moms, lifelong design lovers, and the duo behind Artful Interiors. From a young age, we were the girls constantly rearranging our rooms, flipping thrifted finds, and dreaming up better ways to make a space feel just right. Now, we get to do it for real people every day — and we don’t take that lightly.

Sophie studied Urban Planning and Real Estate at the University of Washington, bringing a thoughtful, big-picture mindset to every project. Desiree has a degree in Interior Architecture and Design from Bellevue College and a sharp eye for layout, detail, and how to make spaces truly shine.

More than anything, we care about connection. Our goal isn’t just to make beautiful spaces — it’s to build a design family. Whether we’re staging a home, styling an Airbnb, or helping you bring your vision to life, we’re here to support you every step of the way!

    • We start by visiting your space in-person to understand your needs and goals.

    • Personalized Quote
      Based on the walkthrough, we’ll create a customized quote tailored to your project scope.

    • Proposal & Contract
      Once you approve the quote, we’ll send over a contract outlining the details and timeline.

    • Project Begins
      After the contract is signed, we get to work—delivering staging or design solutions that fit your goals.

  • The timeline depends on the scope and size of your project. After the initial walkthrough and consultation, we’ll provide an estimated schedule along with your personalized quote. Typical staging projects can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks, while interior design or Airbnb setups might require more time for planning and sourcing. We work closely with you to set realistic deadlines and keep the process smooth.
